The VIBROBLOCK Vibro Separator is a result of Sangati Berga’s experience in the field of pre-cleaning and cleaning of grains, and the needs and suggestions presented by customers in recent years, resulting in a complete machine with various innovations in relation to similar products in the market.
The product flow is distributed over the entire width of the sieve using a system of micrometrically adjustable valves on the outside of the machine. This system allows maximum use of the surface of the sieves, even when the product flow is lower than
the nominal production. In addition, the correct adjustment of the valves allows to create within the feeder a product tank that functions as a shock absorber, avoiding the wear of the components of the feeder.
An innovative system uses the action of disc springs to firmly block the sieves inside the machine.The sieves are released pneumatically through pneumatic actuators that cancel the effect of the disc springs and release the frames for easy removal.
The action for the release of the sieves is carried out by the simple actuation of a manual valve, speeding up the installation or removal of the sieves and thus reducing the machine’s downtime.
VIBROBLOCK meets the requirements for strength and durability thanks to its solid steel structure. It is suitable to be installed in pre-cleaning or cleaning, thanks to the various angles of inclination of the sieves. It can be used for the granulometric selection of various types of seeds, such as wheat, barley, oats, rye, rice, soy, sunflower, etc.
Two steerable motor vibrators, according to the type of use, ensure a smooth and quiet operation. The amplitude of the vibration can be regulated by acting on the masses of the motor vibrators. A particular electric scheme, applied to the power supply of the motor vibrators, allows the VIBROBLOCK to be stopped quickly and without lateral inclination.
