Due to its modern conception, this dosing system embodies the most advantageous and revolutionary system for instantaneous dosing and weighing over the production flow of the product. The Weight Flow Controller RFP consists of a metallic box, in which runs the flux to be measured, by a valve and a measurement group consisting of a weighing dish and an electronic device for the control and programming of the dosing device.
The opening of the valve, commanded by an electric servomotor, enables the flow of the product that flows out the weighing plate; this plate, through a system for the decomposition of forces (resulting vertical) is apropos corrected by electronic device and here compared to that one of pre-selected flow, determines the flow of the product and then, the instantaneous production.
In normal conditions, the valve never reaches the maximum opening: when it happens, it means that the quantity of product is not sufficient to guarantee the production and, thus, there will be an alarm warning. In case of power absence, the valve will shut itself automatically, hindering the product flow.
The servomotor, equipped with a universal borne, may be rapidly assembled on the axis of the valve fixed by an anti-torsion bar. The valve can be manually actuated and locked in any position.
Unlocking is done manually or automatically by applying the supply voltage.
