Sangati Berga Continuous Gravimetric Feeder ACCUFLOW was developed for measuring and/or control the flux of products with maximum precision performs with maximum precision and efficiency, continuous or intermittently.
Built with the most advanced concepts of weight in flow, ACCUFLOW is equipped with PID weight processors and load cells of well-known quality, assuring the measuring and control of elevated product flux rates.
The same can be done both for the product flux accounting in continuous lines, in their in and outlets, such as continuous feeding mixers, attaining thus extremely compact mix diagrams and a high rate production capacity.
A touchscreen control panel and a friendly interface provide a simple and interactive operation, allowing the operator to enter the dosing parameters or visualizing the work data like: present flux value, accumulated product flux, total programmed weight, etc.
ACCUFLOW has a communication interface for its interconnection with a remote automation system through which recipes can be programmed and production data controlled.

ACCUFLOW essentially consists of a helical feeder with hinged support under the load and a second support in a load cell that proportionally monitors the weight of the product. The weight processor receives the signal from the load cell and controls the feeder speed, through a frequency inverter and a specific algorithm in order to attain a precise control of the product. As to a simple measurement of flux, the weight processor automatically corrects the variables of the process, recording
exactly the weight of the product that flows through the equipment.
