The Hammer Mill Feeder (AMM) operates automatically without the need for human intervention, except in cases where scheduled cleaning and maintenance are required. Additionally, for its operation, the machine only necessitates the monitoring and handling of alarms and warnings generated automatically by the plant.
Comprising a feed roller, the AMM Feeder creates a curtain of product that regulates the flow being introduced into the machine. Subsequently, after dosing, the product comes into contact with magnetic bars, effectively removing any potential ferrous particles within the product. Simultaneously, the dynamic air pressure produced by the aspiration system, along with the product flow, ensures that it is directed towards the exit outlet, while stones or foreign bodies with greater density are collected in the disposal drawer.
All grinding chambers are equipped with active safety systems, which come into action automatically in cases of clogging, increased temperature or vibration. These measures ensure safe and reliable operation, avoiding potential risks for the plant, operators and increasing equipment integrity.
