The scale feeding is carried out through a screw feeder with fine and large flow independently activated by motors also commanded by the weighing processor.
Equipped with Siwarex®, the EBA bagging series provide high repetitiveness and proper weighing precision to the most demanding legal requirements, eliminating thus the losses due to bagged product excess.
Its bagging scale type EBA employs high resolution load cells and a pneumatic command system controlled by the weighing processor that processes the signals coming from the load cells and commands the scales cinematic of its feeder and the bagging nozzle resulting a high productivity system and reduced maintenance cost.
The product weighed by this scale is unloaded inside the bags through a nozzle ergonomically designed and automatized for the maximization of the line productivity whereas a motor driven bags compactor removes the fluidized air from the product reducing thus the emission of dust out towards the environment and enabling then future sewing and transportation operations.
A touch screen panel with located on the control panel, provides the operator a simple and safe interface where he himself can accede and setup the process parameters and follow along the system results.
