Within the new concept of modular construction, energy efficiency and hygiene, Sangati Berga launches the Plansifter FORTRESS. Completely interchangeable, the new Plansifter allows future expansions in the mill diagrams. In addition to easy operation and minimal maintenance, it has reduced weight and larger sieving surface.
With a lighter structure due to the use of anodized aluminum profiles in special alloy for food contact, the Plansifter FORTRESS is distinguished by its simplicity and robustness, since each channel has independent structure.
The side walls and access doors are made of food grade polymer with thermal insulation, which does not absorb moisture, guaranteeing high hygiene and sanitation. The use of stainless steel, aluminum and food grade polymer to contact with the product and the elimination of screws inside the individual channels, guarantee the high cleaning, confidence and safety of the products.
Based on the motorization success, with the introduction of Poly-V technology, we have reduced the structure oscillation, increased the energy efficiency and decreased the weight of the set.
Poly-V profile belts allow the use of pulleys with smaller diameters, in addition to reducing the distance between them. Therefore the same ratio is maintained however with more power transfer for these belts that have higher contact with the pulleys, ensuring thus greater energy efficiency.
In order to optimize the mill space, Sangati Berga has developed a more compact but more powerful Plansifter. Due to the cutting-edge technology used in the construction of the channels and to the innovative concept of motorization, the new Plansifter allows the assembly of 2 to 12 modular channels without having to go through any significant changes in its project. For instance, the 6-channels Plansifter has the same external dimensions of the 8-channels one, enabling thus further expansion and a best use of the milling diagram.
