The MS Hammer Mill is a high performance machine, particularly suited to industrial facilities for livestock product milling.
The simple and robust construction ensures greater safety for operators and easy access to all parts of the mill. It is produced in 2 sizes, the MS 60/19 and the MS 60/25, which are configured with different numbers of hammers, resulting in a wide range of capacities to suit various applications. The position of your product entry and the arrangement of the hammers on the rotor allow a production higher than that of other mills on the market.
The MS Hammer Mill rotor, directly coupled with the motor, receives the product symmetrically so as to enable periodic reversal of the rotation direction, which allows all 4 of the hammer’s cutting edges to be used with just one inversion of its position. The screen that surrounds the rotor can be easily changed via the inspection port, in accordance with the desired particle size.
The simplicity of its construction, a wide central access door and the use of hammers made of specially treated steel make the MS Hammer Mill a machine with reduced operating and maintenance costs.
