The MSB Hammer Mill is a high performance machine, particularly suited to industrial facilities for livestock product milling.
The simple and robust construction ensures greater safety for operators and easy access to all parts of the mill. At the machine entrance, a valve diverts the falling product to the right or to the left of each motor partition, which inverts its rotation direction, thus resulting in a balanced use of both the cutting edges of the hammers and allowing the hammers to be swapped just once, while using all four cutting edges. The valve has electro-pneumatic control and is equipped with sensors that report its position for automation of the plant.
The rotor, mounted on ball bearings, is fitted with hammers made of specially treated steel, reversible and deliberately placed to provide higher production than that of other mills on the market.
The simplicity of its construction and its wide lateral access doors makes the MSB Hammer Mill a machine with reduced operating and maintenance costs. The screen that surrounds the rotor can be easily changed via the inspection port, in accordance with the desired particle size.
Finally, the MSB Hammer Mill is available in three different sizes and configurations, providing an economical alternative for all capacities.
