The Open-Air Separator model SAP is applied to the removal of the light impurities (powder, husk, straw, empty or broken grains, light seeds, etc.).
Simple in construction, the machine uses traditional aerodynamic concepts to enable high separation efficiency based on quick and easy adjustment operations. The SAP Separator has a valve at its air outlet that regulates the suction flow by increasing or decreasing the air speed according to the characteristics and volume of the product in process. Its separation chamber is divided into sections equipped with independent regulating valves, thus ensuring greater control over the machine’s operation.
All separation processes can be viewed by way of a large acrylic window.
Under request it is supplied with a magnetic apparatus, within the dimensions of aspiration canal, installed at the air separator outlet.
