The valve bag filler model SBS-V Sangati Berga was developed for providing a simple and agile operation, along with low maintenance cost for bagging of powdery, granule or fibrous products in valve type bags made of the several different types of materials like paper, polypropylene, etc.
Its structure, was made strictly following the best praxis of food machinery industry, with stainless steel injection nozzle, assigns it hygiene level compatible with the most demanding standards of the segment.
A set consisting of screw feeder, for thick and thin flow and scales with load cells that assure a precise and high production weighing feed the baggers which at high speed inject the product in the bags.
The feeder, endowed with different helicoids for thin and thick flows is controlled by the weighing module that receives and processes the information from the scales load cells that releases the heavy product to the Valve Bag Filler through its electropneumatic command.
The injection of product is held through a set of turbines and feeding screw that carry out an appropriate filling of the bag concerning the type of product and flow of the line. The machine also counts on a vibratory system on the upper portion of the bag that enables an adequate product compression and, in the end of the filling process tumbles the bag down on the bags feeder.
A touch screen panel provides the operator a simple and safe interface where he himself can view and set the process parameters as well following the system outcomes.
