Infestation Destroyer – SPD-71

Mill products may contain infestation elements such as eggs, larva or adult insects. It is necessary, therefore, to prevent any infestation by installing the Infestation Destroyer SPD-71 at the outlet of the milling products or before the bagging or bulk loading.

The Infestation Destroyer can process all mill products, by a simple variation of its rotation speed, according to the products characteristics. The use of this machine is even more necessary if the finished products are stored in silos which must be preventatively disinfested.

The mechanical action of the machine does not result in any deterioration of the product characteristics. The feeding of the machine takes place through two inlet ports arranged so that the product is channeled to the center of the rotor.

The impact pins mounted on the rotor are designed to cause the death of the insects in any state of life. The machine is designed for connection to an exhaust system.

We recommend to install a Pipe Magnetic Separator AMT just before the Infestation Destroyer to prevent metal particles from entering and damaging the machine.
