It essentially consists of a conical structure with large acrylic doors for inspection and an airflow-activated vane distributor.
The turbine-type vane distributor is activated by the air flow or by the electric gearmotor (for the TCM 700 model) and ensures uniform distribution of the product over its entire length. High efficiency is achieved by controlling the speed of the discharge air.
The telescopic tube with vertical and horizontal adjustment allows the product to be centralized when it enters the distributor and turbine. The position of the feeder inlet and the possibility of rotating it 360° simplifies installation.
It is designed to eliminate dust residues that have a detrimental effect on process performance.
