Air Separator – AS

The AS model Air Separator is a machine designed to clean cereals perfectly by removing fine and light impurities.
In order to carry out a densimetric separation of the product, separating it into light and heavy fractions, the AS Air Separator evenly distributes the incoming product over the entire surface of a sieve, mounted on shock absorbers, which vibrates due to the action of appropriately sized motovibrators.
The machine, when connected to a suction circuit, has its sieve crossed by the ascending air flow that floats the lighter fractions of the product, which are discharged at the second outlet of the machine, separate from the heavy fractions. Before being discharged, the light fractions are again passed through an air flow, which removes all the even lighter impurities such as dust or straw. All the air flows inside the machine are regulated by valves or moving wall systems to achieve an excellent separation result.
It is a very versatile machine, which can be installed anywhere and offers a wide range of uses in the separation field, due to the air flow regulation system, which allows the quantity and quality of the desired product to be increased according to the passage in which it is used.
