Specially developed for discharging powdery or granular products with low fluidity, the SAS model flat extractor stands out for its small dimensions and is suitable where there are severe height limitations or where vibrations are undesirable. It can be used in bag filters, small tanks or silo hoppers.
It works by means of a rotor with arms that rotates slowly, sweeping the bottom of the tank where it is installed. The special geometry of the rotor gradually moves the product to the outlets where it is discharged.
The filter version has been specially designed to completely discharge particulates from bag filters. In this version, it has a rotary valve at its outlet, which maintains the seal between the high pressure or depression environment and the one at atmospheric pressure below the filter.
The SAS extractor is manufactured in five different diameters: 500, 800, 1000, 1200 and 2000mm, so there is always a suitable model for each application.
