Sangati Berga’s ESV vibrating extractors are used to extract the most varied types of products, whether they are powdery, granular, high or low fluidity, depending on the ESV model used. The main advantage of ESV extractors is that they do not break up mixtures or compromise the homogeneity of the products being extracted, as they promote a continuous uniform descent of the product column. They can be adapted to the most diverse types of silos, whether circular, rectangular, concrete, steel, etc.
The ESV extractor comes in two versions:
ESVB – Suitable for products with low fluidity, such as wheat bran;
ESVF – Suitable for products with high or medium fluidity, such as semolina or wheat flour.
They come in diameters of 900, 1200, 1500, 1800 and 2100mm, so there is always a suitable model for any size silo.
The ESV extractor consists of an upper body, which is attached to the silo hopper, and a lower body, which is connected to the former by elastic elements. A low-power eccentric counterweight motor vibrator vibrates the lower body, causing the product to be extracted.
