Performance.

The MDH model Horizontal Degerminator is the result of studies and research by Sangati Berga, culminating in the creation of a machine with superior characteristics and qualities, in order to provide a finished product with a high degree of quality.

The machine was designed to produce pieces of canjica and gritz through a corn degermination process.

Easy adjustment.

The machine is equipped with devices to precisely regulate the amount of product entering the machine, according to the motor current, in order to ensure maximum use of the installed power. The outlet of the machine is equipped with a regulating valve, on which tensile springs act, whose tension is regulated, thus making it possible to control the length of time the product remains inside the machine, thereby balancing the flow of product and the quality of the degermination. A butterfly valve with a graduated control is fitted at the corn germ outlet, so that the suction flow can be regulated according to the particularities of the process.

Robustness.

The MDH Horizontal Degerminator has been adequately sized to withstand the great efforts generated during degermination operations, thus guaranteeing a long service life for its components and low maintenance costs.

The machine’s rotor is made from a special cast iron alloy, which is thermochemically treated to achieve greater resistance to brazing and a longer service life. A set of properly designed reinforcements guarantee correct and adequately distributed support for the degermination mantle plates.
