The SBM-DV 27/65 Vertical Degerminator brings together Sangati Berga’s vast experience and research efforts in the field of processing corn and its derivatives. With its robust and compact construction, the SBM-DV 27/65 optimizes space on the installation site, while combining high production capacity and product quality.
An independent geared motor drive, responsible for feeding the product into the machine, makes it possible to optimally dose the product, making the most of the installed power and the efficiency of the main motor, while the upward flow of the product guarantees the efficiency of the degermination work.
A sturdy steel frame adequately supports the degermination screen, extending its useful life and thus reducing the machine’s operating costs. The degermination screen has also been split to eliminate the need for complete replacement in the event of excessive wear or partial failure. The screens can be replaced through large side doors, reducing machine downtime and maintenance costs.
The rotor, as well as the product insertion spiral, are made of a special cast iron alloy and have been thermochemically treated to give them high abrasion resistance and therefore durability.
A set of input and output regulation and control devices allow the operator to easily configure the machine to obtain maximum performance, efficiency and durability, according to the particular characteristics of each product to be processed. These are

– Product outlet control valve;
– Suction control valve.
