The Vertical Pellet Cooler is a simple, robust and easy-to-maintain machine.
The range of these coolers is made up of four models, the RC 1 for 15-18.5 kw pelletizers up to the RC 4 for 110-132 kw pelletizers. The first of the two models is made up of a cooling column, which consists of a single compartment and a suction inlet located at the back of the machine. The two larger models consist of a cooling column with two compartments and a suction inlet located on the side of the machine.
The Vertical Pellet Cooler consists of three main parts: top loading element, cooling column and discharge device.
In the upper element, a signaling device constantly keeps the cooler full and a flapper system distributes the product.
The cooler column is made up of louvered external walls and the RC 4 model has a closing and opening flap system, which forces air to pass between the pellets, even at the start of the process.
The internal walls are made of stainless steel mesh, which makes them easy to remove and clean.
The discharge device can be lamellar or with two external valves mounted along the entire length of the cooler. In the latter case, the valves are driven by a variable speed drive.
