The SRP Pellet Reducer is designed to reduce the pellet by adjusting the grain size of the feed according to the type of animal for which it is intended. Its application, however, extends to all processes that require roller crushing, such as the generation of biofuels and the processing of some cereals.
The opening of its pair of rollers is regulated by means of micrometric adjustment during the reduction work, giving precision to the result obtained, while its motorized feeder allows perfect control of the feed and homogeneous distribution of the product over the rollers.
An internal diverter valve allows the machine to be by-passed whenever pellet reduction is unnecessary.
Built in four different roller lengths, the SRP Pellet Reducer can be mounted on top of each other in its SRP/2 and SRP/3 versions, providing the market with a wide range of applications to meet the most varied needs. The machine can also be supplied with automatic adjustment of the distance between rollers.
