Classifier – TMS

Classifier TMS is used for the granulometric separation of bran or pellets, by grading the fine products from the thicker fractions. The equipment consists of a metallic case that can hold up from one to three inclined plans of sieves.

At the product inlet section, an eccentric drives a round movement to the product, distributing it over the sieves surfaces. At the rear section of the machine, there two skates that drive it a horizontal oscillation movement that pushes the product forward towards the discharge outlet.

The sieves are kept clean throught the action of non-toxic rubber coated balls or plastic “tip-tap”, in relation to the type of product to be classified.
