Due to its particular construction, the Vibro Separator VS has functionality either in cleaning sections, or in the selection of larger impurities, before storage in silos.
The machine is constituted by a metallic body, which contains a double series of superimposed sieves, being commonly installed coupled to a vertical tarara to recycle air. The latter collects the product at the outlet of the separator and provides an additional thorough cleaning of the product.
The product enters the body of the equipment, where the sieve holders separate the coarse impurities that represent the rejection of the first sieve, for an adequate lateral exit. The rejection of the second sieve constitutes the clean product to be sent to the aspirator, while the smaller parts which go through the sieve, mostly dust and earth, are directed towards the central outlet below under the body of the machine.
The distribution and displacement of the product on the sieves are generated by a vibration system, obtained by two motor vibrators positioned symmetrically on the sides of the machine. The sieves are made of perforated plates (top sieve) and steel screen (bottom sieve) whose surface is kept clean by rubber balls.
The sieve locking and sealing system is obtained by means of a wedge mechanism, which ensures an optimal block in a simple and fast way.
The product exits the Vibro Separator and enters the aspirator through an appropriate feed box endowed with vibrating plate, and is distributed uniformly in all the width of the aspirator.
The laminar flow of the product thus obtained is introduced into the suction chamber where the air speed removes dust and impurities with a lower specific weight than the grain, ensuring a perfect cleaning of the product.
The system allows a quick adjustment of the thickness of the product blade, while the mobile wall of the aspirator accompanies this variable position, thus also allowing to regulate the speed and capacity of the air, for an efficient cleaning.
The air coming from the suction pipe is sent to a series of separators – decanters which provide clean air; the decanted impurities are extracted through a thread and rotating chamber, activated by gearmotor. The clean air is incorporated back into the machine through a channeled system. It is also possible to adjust the angle of the Vibro Separator and its amplitude of vibration.
