The Air Separator mod. TAS Air Separator is used to remove light impurities from cereals (powders, husks, chaff, shocked or broken grains, light seeds, etc.).
The machine uses traditional aerodynamic concepts to achieve high separation efficiency by means of a quick and precise adjustment operation. Its adjustable internal wall, together with a large acrylic front for observing the work being done, allows precise adjustment of the suction flow, increasing or decreasing the air speed according to the characteristics and volume of the product in process, thus guaranteeing excellent separation efficiency.
The Air Separator mod. TAS Air Separator can be used in conjunction with vibro-separators (models VB and VS), polishers (model PO) or stand-alone. For use in conjunction with polishers and stand-alone, the TAS is equipped with a geared motor in its power supply, where the vibration provides perfect distribution of the product across the entire width of the machine.
On request, the Magnetic Device mod. AML can be supplied, installed at the discharge of the Air Separator mod. TAS and with the same width as the latter.
