Separation Efficacy.

The Vertical Vibrating machine is available in two versions, (1) as the vertical Vibrating Turbo Bran Duster type STSc used to separate the floury stock still adhering to the bran and shorts, and (2) the Vertical Vibrating Turbo sifter Type STSf used to sift the sticky products coming from the filters and from the bran dusters.

The machine has a vibrating round steel body supported by reeds attached to a sanitary tubular steel frame.

Separation Efficacy II.

No vibration is transmitted to the supporting structure and the surrounding floor. The inlet of product is located at the upper part of the machine whereas the outlets are on the lower end of the screen at the opposite side.
During the operation stock enters the machine and a set of special beaters and blades throws the stock against the screen surface which can be either perforated sheet metal or a nylon screen.

Flour passes through the screen and out of the machine whilst bran and larger particles are conveyed to the second outlet. The sitting surface is kept clean by the vibration of the entire machine body by means of the counter weights fixed on the rotor shaft.

This action insures consistent sifting efficiency. The Sangati Berga’s Vertical Vibrating Turbo Bran Duster/Sifter has many noteworthy advantages:

• Driving motion by direct motor without pulleys and belts that allow for easy maintenance;

• Self emptying of the machine in case of power failure;

• Easy inspection by means of two doors on each side allowing for easy replacement
of the screen;

• The space between the screen and the special blades can be adjusted to suit any condition;

• Savings in energy due to the free falling of stocks by gravity.
