The Turbopener mod. TRF is a machine specially designed for passing on flour before bagging or packaging and for sorting cleaning discards.
The product inlet is located at the top. A spiral feeder feeds the product into the rotor, which develops a high centrifugal action. The particular arrangement of the feed vanes also allows complete use of the entire sieving surface of the mantle, thus maximizing the machine’s performance.
The screenings are discharged through a channel at the back of the mantle. The machine has large inspection, maintenance and cleaning doors.
The centrifugal action of the rotor keeps the sieving surface constantly active, allowing for high operating efficiency.
