One of the most traditional transport systems for flours or granular products used by the food and feed industry is the screw. According to the specific application, they can be of the normal screw type variable screw, that is to say, extractor type, or tape.
The RP/S, RP/D and RP/T models identify the normal RP Screw Conveyor of our production, which, in turn, can be simple (S), double (D) or triple (T) depending on the needs of the plant.
The screws are constructed with a definite sense of the product’s advance, which can be inverted by changing the rotation sense of the motor. The screws can also be arranged to receive product entries at more points along their length and can be constructed so that, on the same axis, there is one or more of a variation in the sense of product displacement. The spirals, in this way, are welded to the shaft with different senses of advance of the product, according to the precise indications of the installation.
