The Carousel Bagging Line with Siwarex® weighing module was developed to bring high productivity and precision to weighing and bagging operations for wheat flour or other products in open-mouth bags.
Composed mainly of a helical feeder and a precision scale, the Bagging Carousel represents an economical and efficient solution for bagging the most diverse types of grain, whether powdery or particulate.
The feeder, made up of separate helicoids for the coarse and fine flows, is controlled by the weighing module which receives and processes the information from the scale’s load cells which, via its electro-pneumatic control, releases the weighed product into the Carousel.

The Bagging Carousel supports the Bag Mouths, which receive the bag provided by the operator and position the empty bag to receive the product released by the scale, position the filled bags in the Bag Beater stations and, finally, release the filled and compacted bags onto the sewing line.
A set of 2 or 3 beaters ensures that the air diluted in the product is released and that it is perfectly compacted, allowing for greater cleanliness and efficiency throughout the process.
A touch screen panel provides the operator with a simple and safe interface where they can view and configure process parameters and monitor system results.
The carousel bagging machine can be supplied in versions with 4 or 6 nozzles, which fill bags of 5, 10, 25 or 50 kg, depending on the version supplied.
