The Feeder type AB is a complete and safe system for the feeding of hammer mills, providing a correct and optimized product dosing proportionally to the power potency availability of the main engine through the electronic regulating system.
On the upper section of the Feeder AB, where the product is entered, it is mounted a presence product indicator which is connected to the command and control electronic system, by managing the opening and closing of the dosing internal device. Then after the dosing procedure, the product is induced to have contact with a magnetic plate, while the aspiration airflow drives the product against the outlet of the Feeder AB, enabling thus, the separation from eventual large rock fragments by weight difference.
The constructive project of the Feeder AB, allows the separation from eventual rock fragments, as well as it enables the elimination of possible iron particles available in the product by means of a magnetic plate.
The Feeder AB can be installed in any hammer mill produced by Sangati Berga and it is remotely controlled through its electronic controller (IHM), which can be installed on the same place of the process or remotely in the control room. This device has as purpose eliminate downtimes that take place between the milling chamber partial emptying and the successive batch, also eliminating the unnecessary overloading of the main engine.
The machine can be supplied in two versions, with and without fan, according to the intended application.
