The Sangati Berga ACCUFEED Gravimetric Differential Feeder was designed for the dosing and adjustment of ingredients or main product flow with high precision and efficiency. Built with the most advanced flow weighing concepts, ACCUFEED is equipped with PID weighing processors and load cells of well-known quality, guaranteeing the compliance with the narrowest process tolerances.
ACCUFEED is indicated for the dosing of the main product or macro-ingredients for the most varied types of mixtures, continuously controlling the dosing of grains, flours, semolina or the most diverse components of the mixture. In addition to the dosage, the ACCUFEED registers and informs about the flow and weight of the product coming through it.
A touchscreen command panel and a user-friendly interface provide a simple and interactive operation, allowing the operator to enter the weighing parameters or view important process data, such as: present flow value, accumulated production flow, total programmed weight, etc.
ACCUFEED has a communication interface that allows its interconnection to a remote automation system through which will be possible the programming of the recipes as well as the management of production data.

The ACCUFEED Feeder functions according to the principle of weight decrease. In other words, it is endowed with a tank sustained by three load cells which continually measure the weight reduction recorded while the product is being unloaded. The measured weight is treated by a weighing processor which, upon receiving from the operator the flow value to be dosed, continually controls and corrects the outlet flow of the tank, so as to obtain with accuracy the weighable flow established in the recipe. When the weighing tank attains the replenishment level, the installed software recalculates and establishes the outlet flow, placing the ACCUFEED in volumetric mode, while the valve located in the product inlet opens and the plant feed equipment is automatically activated. Upon attaining the maximum level, the equipment returns to its start status and the ACCUFEED returns to working in weighing mode.
The ACCUFEED Feeder is supplied in two versions: one for high-fluidity products such as wheat and semolina grain, where the product outlet control is ensured by a proportional opening guillotine valve and the other version for products with difficult flowability, such as flour, in which the outlet control is executed by a helical thread, whose speed is controlled by the processor through a frequency inverter.
Flexible connections between the part supported on load cells and fixed part of the equipment, associated with a suction outlet responsible for the elimination of internal pressure, ensure accurate control and measurement of the product in process.
