Sangati Berga’s AMP-B1 Magnetic Pneumatic Separator was developed primarily to perform the magnetic decontamination of the most varied range of cereals prior to the first grinding in the cylinder banks.
Its application, however, is extended to all granular or powdery systems and products that require the elimination in flux of all ferromagnetic contaminants, such as screws, washers, metal fragments, wires, etc. that has accidentally entered the product, thus preventing fires, damage to the machinery or contamination of the final product.
The design and construction of the AMP-B1 Pneumatic Magnetic Separator combines a reduced number of components to a body made of stainless steel and the application of permanent magnets, resulting in equipment of reduced maintenance and high durability.
The AMP-B1 Pneumatic Magnetic Separator consists of a duct with an inclined plane, into which the product to be decontaminated flows. A magnetic plate abutted externally to this duct through a pneumatic control generates a strong magnetic field that retains all the ferromagnetic materials that were mixed to the product, not allowing them to follow the material that was decontaminated.
With the product flow interrupted, the AMP-B1 Pneumatic Magnetic Separator pneumatically removes the magnetic plate from your body, taking with it metal impurities that are automatically discharged into a discard tray.
After that, the magnetic plate returns to the body of the AMP-B1, reestablishing the magnetic field of the Separator, which will retain all the ferromagnetic impurities contained therein.
