The Pulversan SP68 centrifugal disaggregator is used to disaggregate and pulverize all the flour platelets, even the smallest ones, formed in the smooth regrinding passages and to treat the dunst in order to dissociate the endosperm particles that are still adhering. The work carried out by Pulversan significantly improves milling, while the product is suitably prepared for superior sieving and, above all, increases the flour yield of the first mills.
The machine consists of a circular chamber in which a rotor is directly coupled to the motor shaft. The product fed in is centrifuged and projected against the walls of the chamber itself, without suffering any changes to its organoleptic characteristics. Installation is extremely simple. Simply anchor it to the floor or ceiling with screws, connect the discharge and loading pipes and make the electrical connection. It requires virtually no maintenance.
