Plansifter -GQT-G

The Plansichter was designed in CAD platform and manufactured with constructive systems of high technological level, using machines which characterize the vanguard industry.

It is constructed with 2, 4, 6, 8 and 10 channels. Due to requirements of the diagram, each channel can be divided into 2 parts and contain 14 to 32 rated sieves.

The Plansichter of 10 channels has the same dimensions as the model with 8 channels, thanks to the insertion of the two additional channels in the empty spaces of the smaller model, thereby optimizing the space available in the plant.

Each compartment can be equipped with up to 10 outlets, connected to the floor by synthetic cloth sleeves complete with intermediate rings and inspection doors.

The internal guides, arranged vertically inside the compartments, allow for precise sieve alignment. Sieve locking, with perfect sealing, is effectuated by compression by an appropriate efficient simple system.

The sieves are endowed with or pierced plate, synthetic or metallic screens, as per the product to be processed and classification intended and have elements which execute their cleaning continually during the work. In the model GQT-GS, triangular extruders execute both the cleaning of the screens and the ejection of the product from inside the drawers.

Although originally developed for wooden drawers coated with anti-wear laminate, the Plansichter GQT-G can be supplied or also updated with drawers, sieves and their accessories produced in engineering polymer. The new polymeric drawers are produced in material certified for use with food and have other important features as the absence of metallic elements, sealing by labyrinth without the use of consumable elements and absence of sharp edges, thereby ensuring a lower maintenance cost linked to a higher degree of hygiene.
