The Micro-dosers MI and BMI models are machines developed for the dosing of micro-ingredients for the most varied mixtures. They allow the addition of ingredients to the mixtures in dosing amounts that range from 0.2 up to 500 liters per hour.
The MI model performs volumetric dosing through a dosing screw developed with a project and materials compatible to the features of the product and the process which will be applied. The BMI model on its part aggregates to the previous type a high-resolution load cell that provides a ponderal dosing of the micro ingredients, assuring high precision and productivity to the dosing process. On this type, as the product in the reservoir is being discharged in the mixture, the load cell measures the decrease related to the product weight, allowing the automation / electrical system to regulate the necessary rotation of the dosing screw and, consequently, the volume of the product to be dosed.
