The MILLISHORT System is a technological innovation for the achievement of more compact mills. The System is based on two machines, MILLIFLOUR and MILLIBRAN, which, with their impact action, fully replace the Rollermill in various passages of the milling flow diagram.
The MILLIFLOUR is used for the reduction of semolina and fine semolina into flour, in the place of rollermill in smooth head passages (ex.: R1, R2, C1, etc.).
The MILLIBRAN is used for the optimum finishing of offals in the place of rollermill in break tail passages (ex.: B3, B4, B5).
The MILLIBRAN is used for the optimum finishing of offals in the place of rollermill in break tail passages (ex.: B3, B4, B5).
The MILLISHORT offers the following advantages compared to Rollermill:
• Less maintenance required, no rolls fluting and/or sandblasting;
• No machine adjusting required;
• Less power absorption, output being equal;
• Smaller overall dimensions, and easy installation;
• Easy flow diagram application for uprating of production capacity in existing mills with reduced room availability;
• Lower purchase cost.
