The products of cereal milling can contain elements of infestation in the form of eggs or larvae that will develop into insects during the various stages of transportation and storage, contaminating the finished products.
To prevent this, DHP Disinfector should be applied at the milling outlet or before ensiling, bagging, packaging or bulk shipping, in order to guarantee the quality of the products.
Developed for use in pneumatic product conveying lines, whether under pressure or depression, the DHP Disinfector destroys insects, their eggs and larvae through the intensive impact of the pins in its rotor. The product enters the machine through a central tube, from where it is led to the center of its rotor which, rotating at a set speed, expels the product being processed radially, causing it to pass through rows of pins on the periphery of the rotor that collide with the product, without altering its characteristics, but destroying all the insects, eggs and larvae present there.
The DHP Disinfector is produced with capacities ranging from 3.5 to 28 T/h, thus always offering a model suited to the type and flow of product in process, with high energy efficiency.
The simplicity of its design and the use of treated wear elements also guarantee high durability and low maintenance costs.
