From the design to the final construction, the Sassor CLASS has a modern and harmonious design, providing customers with a productive, beautiful and modern unit. A rigorous study using modeling software, combined with the application of suitable materials, has made it possible to blend the machine’s functional and aesthetic characteristics. As well as being robust, the construction complies with the most stringent hygiene standards, avoiding the existence of surfaces that are conducive to the deposit of products and/or dirt.
A set of adjustable, independent valves allows you to control the flow of suction air. Four settings per sieve guarantee precision. Each valve is controlled micrometrically, ensuring perfect suction adjustment and densimetric separation of the product.
Air regulation valves are arranged in each half of the machine. This division makes better use of the suction system. The machine’s air flow runs through internal ducts, which have been carefully studied to avoid turbulence that could damage the product’s classification.
Strategically located, easy-to-use access points simplify operation of the Sassor CLASS. Removable side access doors allow access to the upper sieve plane. In the area where the extracted product is collected, large windows allow for practical collection and analysis of the classified product, as well as its correct distribution and sorting. Specific access doors allow the product to be inspected at the entrance to the machine and also at the exit from the reclaimers.
