SVF Rotary Valves have been developed for a wide range of applications, from dosing products to separating decanted product in depressurized pneumatic conveying.
They are made of cast iron alloy and have properly dimensioned bearings. Their internal clearances, obtained through precise machining on CNC machines, guarantee a complete separation between the depressed and atmospheric pressure environments, increasing the performance of pneumatic conveying and, at the same time, guaranteeing an easy flow of the product by gravity.
Its internal geometry prevents product retention inside, providing the installation with hygiene compatible with the strictest regulatory standards. Available in four dimensional models, SVF Rotary Valves can be installed individually or in a battery, where they share the same drive.
The use of elastic couplings in the individual assemblies ensures smooth starting and preserves the life of the drive. Valves can also be produced with special materials or treatments, depending on the product to be transported.
