It is a machine that provides high performances, with a sensitive improvement for the plant production, carrying out the paddy separation (rice with husk) from the husked rice. Its efficient separation level and the easy access to its components for proper maintenance and cleaning represent the main features of the Paddy Separator.
The Paddy Separator SBR-SP is capable of working with a flow of product composed of paddy and husked rice aiming at an effective separation in three types: paddy, husked rice and a mix of both. The products are then unloaded through three different outlets and forwarded to successive procedures.
The paddy is forwarded to a roll husker, the mix of paddy and husked rice e redirected to the feeder of the Paddy Separator for a new classification, the husked rice is sent to successive polishing procedures and final selection of the product.
