The Closed Air Cycle Separator SCC removes light and dusty particles present in granular products. This machine does not require a connection to a vacuum system, because it re-uses impure air in a special closed cycle system.
The impurities are aspirated by the air flow and separated by suitable decanters. The discharge of these impurities occurs through dosing screw and sealed metering valve. The purified air in decanters is inserted in the suction duct by the bottom of the product input.

This system also eliminates any environment pollution, ensuring zero dust emission. The working principle is extremely simple, but the various adjustments make it very flexible. The product vibration control at the inlet allows its perfect distribution on the whole suction duct width. The thickness of product layer is also adjustable in order to reach the maximum efficiency for any cleaning requirement. Suction duct wall adjustment improves even further the machine’s cleaning features.
