Rotary Distributor – SDG

The Rotary Distributor SDG was developed by Sangati Berga to promote an equal distribution of the products at their outputs. Thanks to its fully sealed construction, the product distribution is performed in complete absence of dust loss to the environment.

Supplied in two versions, for powders and grains, its interior design does not have surfaces that allow the product to accumulate or stop, thus minimizing the risk of food contamination, while large inspection doors allows access to its internal structure for a suitable cleaning of the machine.

The rotor of the machine is mounted on supports fitted with bearings, seals with suitable size to ensure a long life with minimal maintenance procedure, being driven by a gear motor coupled directly to the shaft.

Being able to be supplied for different flows and products, and with a wide range of outputs, the Rotary Distributor SDG has a compact construction, occupying a minimum of floor space.
