The Turbomill integrates the Millishort System, a technological innovation for the achievement of more compact mills. The System is based on two machines, Turbomill F and Turbomill B, which, because their impact action, fully replace the Rollermill in various passages of the milling flow diagram.
The Turbomill F is used for the reduction of semolina and fine semolina into flour, in the place of rollermill at head reduction passages (eg.: 1MF, 2M, 3M, etc.).
The Turbomill B is used for the optimum finishing of offals in the place of rollermill in break tail passages (eg.: 4BK, 5BK).
The Millishort offers the following advantages compared to Rollermill:
• Less maintenance required, no rolls fluting and/or sandblasting;
• No machine adjusting required;
• Less consumed power, at the same efficiency;
• Smaller overall dimensions, and easy installation;
• Easy flow diagram application for production capacity increase in existing mills with reduced room availability;
• Lower purchase cost.
