This machine is composed of two sieve boxes with 8,10 or 12 sieves made of appropriate materials which favors discharging of the products and avoids their stagnation.
This feature is guarantee of maximum hygiene. Each sieve is equipped with an interchangeable sieve frame, with a sifting surface of 0.60 square meters. for the Plansifter type SPM2 type 106 and 0.82 square meters, for the type SPM2 128.
The plansifter is hold up by means of synthetic rods. The disassembly of the sieves and the substitution of the sieve frames are easy and quick operations. The central movement, the drive motor and two sieve boxes are positioned in the plansifter metal structure, wich has been equipped with inlet spouts for product inspection. On request, each channel may be provided with 2 inlets, which results in a horizontally divided scheme, allowing two separate sifting passages. The double channel plansifter SPM2 may be equipped with up to 8 outlets per channel.
