The vertical vibrating machine is manufactured in two versions: (1) as a vertical
turbo bran brush model STSc used for separating endosperm particles adhered
to the bran and removing them and (2) the vertical turbo sieve model STSf used
for sieving products that are difficult to separate from bran filters and brushes.
The machine has a circular vibrating body supported by reeds connected to a steel
frame. There is no vibration transmission to the support structure or to the floor.
The product inlet is located at the top opposite the inlet.
The sieving surface is kept clean by the vibration of the machine body through
counterweights located on the rotor shaft.
This action ensures consistent and efficient sieving and does not allow deposits
to form on the equipment, thus ensuring high performance and greater efficiency.
Sangati Berga’s Turbo Vertical Bran Brush has many advantages, including:
– Direct drive motor control, without belts and pulleys, allowing for easy
maintenance;
– Self-emptying equipment in the event of a power failure;
– Easy inspection via two side entrances for quick screen changes;
– The space between the screen and the beaters can be adjusted to suit any
condition;
– Energy savings due to the products falling by gravity.
