The SMY Mixer is totally effective in mixing granular or powdery products, especially fragile ones that cannot be mixed on more aggressive machines. Its simplicity of construction and operation also makes it the best choice for auxiliary mixing, such as homogenizing pre-mixes for the process. Another important feature of this mixer model is the high level of hygiene generated by its stainless steel construction, the absence of internal elements that could retain product and the integral opening of its discharge door, allowing it to be completely emptied.
It consists of a Y-shaped reservoir, which rotates by a geared motor, gently sliding the product inside. This Y-shape creates flows of product inside that repeatedly separate and unite the product until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
The SMY mixer is produced in 3 models with capacities of 30, 60 and 120 liters, thus offering a solution best suited to the capacity of the process.
