The CSF Cooker is the result of the experience and studies carried out by our technicians with the aim of satisfying the needs of each customer. It is the result of a long series of tests carried out initially on prototypes, and then gradually on more refined and functional appliances, where new cereal cooking procedures have been applied.
The cereals are cooked using streams of steam injected into four completely independent horizontal stainless steel chambers. Four wing agitators allow the product to advance and homogenize perfectly with the steam. The feed is adjustable via a variable speed drive.
The use of independent chambers ensures the application of the latest concepts in the field of cereal cooking, allowing different qualities of steam to be combined, both in terms of temperature and humidity, and all in the required quantity.
This application also allows us to greatly reduce the prior conditioning of the corn, with no more need for 1st and 2nd wetting tanks.
