Rice

Performance and Endurance.

Husking, the process that corresponds to the removal of rice husk (paddy rice) is carried out by the friction of a pair of rubber-coated rolls spinning in different speeds. For such purpose, Sangati Berga idealized and developed a machine capable of providing high performance with elevated efficiency, minimum rupture percentage and a sensitive improvement of the rubber-coated rolls life cycle.

Air Separator.

Successively, the use of an air separator will eliminate the light fraction constituted by husked rice left husks, which will be then forwarded to successive processes.

Main Features:

  • High efficiency and minimum rupture percentage. The special feeding system of the machine allows the rice to be optimally distributed and is driven to the husking rolls with the most appropriated speed to the type of rice in process. Such feature allied to a constant and efficient control of pressure of the rolls themselves guarantees a considerable reduction of broken grains and a superior productivity.

  • Continuous automatic control. The quantity of rice at the inlet of the machine is monitored by a level probe. There is, besides, a system capable of controlling with high precision the distance between the rolls and, thus, maintain constant the pressure on the product.
  • Longer life cycle of the rubber-coated rolls. The efficiency of the feed system allied to the precision of the distance control between the rolls produces besides the increase in machine performance already mentioned; it also performs an increase in their life cycle.
  • Easy maintenance. The machine was designed to allow a simple and accessible maintenance, besides enabling a practical change of the rubber rolls.
